The Raconteurs Announce Show Dates by dan

So Jack White’s side project, The Raconteurs, a “super group” composed of White, Brendan Benson, and The Greenhornes, have announced one date (God willing, the first of many) for about a week from today in NYC. This comes in addition to their previously scheduled August 4th performance at Chicago’s Lollapalooza. Now, all of this is just your average run-of-the-mill music tour date news… but, the reason I post it is because I just found the video for their first single “Steady As She Goes” which is directed by Jim Jarmusch (Broken Flowers, Coffee and Cigarettes). And that very special collision of good movies with good music is something very worthy of a post. Click the link or photo below to watch it.
