Most people may not know this but Flags of our Fathers is set to hit theaters soon, October 20th soon. Although a few trailers and print ads have been run, there’s no real buzz for the movie (AICN agrees). Here’s a clip that may or may not get the fires of desire burning for a film directed by Clint Eastwood, written by Paul Haggis written, and foley supervised by Michael Dressel. Enjoy.

Moviefone has your first look at the new trailer for writer-director Mark Steven Johnson’s Ghost Rider, starring Nicolas Cage, Wes Bentley, Eva Mendes, Matt Long, Sam Elliott, Peter Fonda and Donal Logue. Columbia Pictures will release the comic book adaptation on February 16.

The folks over at AOL have unearthed the first official, non-teaser poster for the upcoming comic-book-turned-film Ghost Rider. The film stars none other than Nicolas Cage (Captain Corelli’s Mandolin) as Johnny Blaze and bombshell Eva Mendes (A Night at the Roxbury). The full trailer will premier this Wednesday over at the misspelled site, Moviefone.com.

Paramount Pictures has updated the official website for the live-action Transformers movie with a contest which you can enter for a chance to have your line of dialogue spoken by Optimus Prime (Peter Cullen).
Ten winners will have their winning line voiced and recorded by Cullen, with first place becoming a line in the movie. You can enter now here!
Opening July 4, 2007, Transformers is directed by Michael Bay and stars Cullen, Shia LaBeouf, Megan Fox, Josh Duhamel, Jon Voight, Bernie Mac, Tyrese Gibson, Rachael Taylor, Amaury Nolasco, Kevin Dunn, Ronnie Sperling and Dane Cook.

Fox Atomic will begin filming in Altanta on October 9 for Revenge of the Nerds, a reimagining of the 1984 cult comedy being produced by McG and his Wonderland Sound & Vision partner David Manpearl. Kyle Newman directs.
Christopher Marquette (Fanboys, The Girl Next Door) and Kristin Cavallari (MTV’s “Laguna Beach”) have been cast in the film. Marquette will play the leader of the nerds, and Cavallari a sorority girl alongside Katie Cassidy (new Dallas movie). Also newly cast in the film are Dan Byrd (The Hills Have Eyes) and Efren Ramirez (Napoleon Dynamite).
